ORDER PROCESSING TIME

The Vela Lady is a small team working efficiently to fulfill orders as they are received. Orders may take 3-10 business days to process and ship. 

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery service. Once the package is scanned we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, or failed deliveries of your package.


DAMAGED PRODUCT

The Vela Lady is not responsible for small damages to items once they are shipped and delivered to you, this includes small chips or cracks. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is fully damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we may resolve the issue. We package our products well and take every precaution to assure the item gets to you without any damage. If we are not be able to replace or exchange an item due to the item being sold out, we may provide partial or full refund for the damaged item. Please keep in mind that items are handmade and occasionally may have imperfections.
If your item is received damaged or broken, please email and provide proof to orders@thevelalady.com within 7 days to have us review and possibly provide a refund or replacement.
