Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns. There are some exceptions, for example if your item is received broken or damaged, or the wrong item was shipped contact orders@thevelalady.com and provide proof of damaged or broken product. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for covering all costs of returning any items to The Vela Lady. We require that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting. We do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive to us.
We do not accept returns is due to our items made to order, accepting a return would leave us with an item we may not be able to resell.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The Vela Lady does not issue refunds. Please reach out to orders@thevelalady.com if you have a question about your order.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
The Vela Lady is not responsible for small damages to items once they are shipped and delivered to you, this includes small chips or cracks. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is fully damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we may resolve the issue. We package our products well and take every precaution to assure the item gets to you without any damage. If we are not be able to replace or exchange an item due to the item being sold out, we may provide partial or full refund for the damaged item. Please keep in mind that items are handmade and occasionally may have imperfections.

No exchanges allowed. If you have a question about your order, please email orders@thevelalady.com immedietly so we can try to accomodate any error that may have been done during checkout or shipping.
